Episode 415 – Titty Citty and Krautfest

Mike and Justine are in the studio and start off the show talking about The March For Science in Milwaukee and what the event was like. DJ Mann went to Krautfest to interview some of the people Racine, Wisconsin. The band Titty Citty does a live musical performance in the studio during the show and then they get a chance to talk about the band and how they all met. Dobie Maxwell calls in on the celebrity hotline and tells a couple of jokes. Titty Citty plays another song for the audience before the end of the show.

Mike Preston and Ayla start off the show talking about learning from history and bring up topics like society, politics and religion over the centuries. Mike talks with Carmine Appice about his time with the Rod Stewart band and book Stick It My Life of Sex Drums and Rock N Roll. Independent presidential candidate Dick Richardson visits the show and claims that Elvis Presley is alive and a member of the Taliban. Evil Dave calls in on the phone and reads his top ten list “Little Known Facts About the Trump Family”. Dr Burnbaum shows up too and asks to be Dick Richardson’s surgeon general.

Mike Preston sits down to talk with rock and roll bassist Kenny Aaronson who has played with Bob Dylan, Billy Idol, Joan Jett, Hall and Oates and Derringer, Dust, Stories and many more. Kenny Aaronson shares all kinds of stories about different bands and musicians that he has played with and also includes his experience of auditioning for the Rolling Stones. He also mentions playing with the Yardbirds and how he made the change from playing drums to becoming a bass player.
